BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of an amendment to the FY23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 202 (Adult Prob/JCEF) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations for the previously approved American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) II Grant in the amount of $43,239 for Adult Probation. The amendment aligns the fund balance budget to the actual amount. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)
