BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the amendment to the award for the Victims Rights program grant between the State of Arizona Office of the Attorney General and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024. The amendment increases the award by $2,400, for a total of $19,100. The Juvenile Probation Services Department will use the grant for personnel salaries and EREs to support the program. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 122 (Juvenile Prob/Victims Rights) to increase revenues and expenditures.
