BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Award Agreement #306-24 under the Owner Occupied Emergency Repairs program between the Arizona Department of Housing and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning July 1, 2024, ending September 15, 2025, for $225,000. This grant will be used by the Office of Budget and Finance to provide emergency repairs to low-income homeowners. Acceptance of the award does not require a budget amendment for FY 23/24. The funds for the award will be received and spent in FY 24/25. Therefore, revenue and expenses related to the award will be included in the budget for FY 24/25.
