BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Award Agreement 22-AZDOHS-OPSG-220433-01 Amendment #1 under the Operation Stonegarden Overtime and Mileage Grant Program between the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, and the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning March 6, 2023, ending March 31, 2024. Amendment #1 extends the term of the agreement to September 30, 2024. This does not require a fiscal year budget amendment as the budget was included in the FY 23/24 adopted budget. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Mark Lamb)
