BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the execution of a replacement Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Cyber Joint Task Force Arizona Army National Guard and Pinal County in order to correct verbiage. A previous MOU was executed on August 24, 2022, and at the direction of Cyber Joint Task Force Arizona Army National Guard and Chris Combs, Pinal County Infrastructure Manager, they are requesting a replacement MOU.
