Discussion/approval/disapproval of a budget amendment to the FY 24/25 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 223 (Community Development Block Grant) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations for the Community Development Block Grant program. Pinal County incurred program income under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 grant. Upon close out of this grant, all program income is to be expended. On November 15, 2024, $464,893 was transferred within U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development programs to eligible and open Community Development Block Grant projects to pay for the construction of sidewalks, curb & gutter, and drainage improvements within the community of Randolph and to complete owner occupied housing rehabilitation projects.
