BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Pinal County Animal Care and Control and the Town of Superior. This IGA is for contracting services, jointly exercising powers common to the contracting parties, and taking joint or cooperative action pursuant to A.R.S. 11-952. This is at no cost to the County.
