Discussion/approval/disapproval of Fair Housing Resolution No. 032024-FHR, a Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Pinal adopting a Fair Housing Policy-making known its commitment to the principle of Fair Housing and describing actions it shall undertake to affirmatively further fair housing. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
Resolution required as part of HUD Grant funding process. Approved resolution allows Pinal County Housing Authority to be considered in compliance HUD funding.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPECTED PERFORMANCE IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
Housing Department Act of 1974 as amended requires all HUD funding recipients; certify that they shall affirmatively further fair housing.
