BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of the recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for the Special Event License Application of Philip Staley, for the Native American Night Events to be held at Superstition Mountain Museum located at 4087 E. Apache Trail, Apache Junction, Arizona 85119, on the following dates:
- Friday, January 19, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, February 2, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, February 16, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, March 8, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Additionally, authorizing the Clerk of the Board to execute and submit all necessary documents to the State. Supervisor District #5. (Natasha Kennedy)
