BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:

Discussion/approval/disapproval of revisions to the following Pinal County Policies:

  • Policy 7.20 Holidays,
  • Policy 7.30 Vacation and Terminal Leaves,
  • Policy 7.50 Sick Leave, and
  • Policy 7.65 Leave of Absence Without Pay

And Add the following Pinal County Policy:

  • Policy 7.32 Sabbatical Leave      

Proposed revisions are designed to expand the benefits that support the total well-being of our workforce, enhance the employee experience, and leverage the County in a competitive job market. (Claudia Lujan/MaryEllen Sheppard)
