BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of the appointment of a board member for the Magma Flood Control District. A vacancy on the Magma Flood Control District Board occurred as a result of resignation. Pursuant to A.R.S. 48-2681.C, the Magma Flood Control District Board Members are requesting that the Pinal County Board of Supervisors appoint Terrel Brad Hinton "Brad" to the Board of the Magma Flood Control District for a term of four years (A.R.S 48-2661.B). Mr. Hinton possesses the interest and the qualifications (A.R.S. 48-2816) necessary for one to be an effective board member. (Brandy Schiller/Michael McCord)
