BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Award Agreement NCHIP-23-25-008 under the National Criminal History Improvement Program between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and Pinal County Sheriff's Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning January 1, 2024, ending December 31, 2025, for $303,174.46. The Pinal County Sheriff's Records Department will use the grant to support overtime and EREs for employees to scan 250 boxes of records. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 203 (Sheriff's Grants) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Mark Lamb)
