BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for Award Agreement 15PBJA-23-GG-03071-JAGX under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Program between the U.S. Department of Justice and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning October 1, 2023, ending September 30, 2024, for $22,807. This grant will be used by the Pinal County Attorney's Office Investigations Division to upgrade radio equipment. The funding was adopted in the FY23/24 budget. (Kent Volkmer)
