BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for acceptance of Charitable Donations for the Pinal County Community Relations Unit (CRU) Annual Shop with the Sheriff Event in the amount of $7,250. The donations will be used for the annual event held at the San Tan and Coolidge Walmarts. This event is held for Pinal Families who are in need. Each family and/or child who is nominated has had or experienced trauma or a hardship in their life. These donations will support up to 20 families at each Walmart. Acceptance of the donations will in no way negatively impact or limit the Pinal County Sheriff's Office performance and will not create any conflict of interest. (Mark Lamb)
