BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of the request by the Western Pinal Justice Court for the appointment of DeLana Fuller as a Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore. Said appointment is made by the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court. No additional budget funds are required as funds previously budgeted for FY 2024 are sufficient. (Katrina Solis)
