Approve Item Number 12, a major comprehensive plan amendment proposal, as revised by excluding that certain acreage identified by the applicant during today's hearing and as set forth in the legal descriptions provided by the applicant today, to amend the Pinal County Comprehensive Plan by redesignating the identified property subject to the amendment from Moderate Low Density Residential to Green Energy Production.
