BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of the appointment of Kyle J. Ewing as a Commissioner/Judges Pro Tempore of the Superior Court. Said appointments are made by the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court and Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court. This appointment is due to the vacancy created by the gubernatorial appointment of Karen F. Palmer to the Superior Court bench. (Todd D. Zweig)
