Discussion/approval/disapproval of the recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for the Special Event License Application of Nicole Crombie, for the Hymns and Hops Event to be held at the Crossroads Lutheran Church, located at 2769 E. Combs Road Building D, San Tan Valley, Arizona 85140 on Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, authorizing the Clerk of the Board to execute and submit all necessary documents to the State.
