BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2023-PZ-PD-013-23, a Ordinance approving case PZ-PD-013-23, VTLG HUNT HIGHWAY LAND CO., LLC, landowner, Pew & Lake PLC, agent, requesting approval of a Planned Area Development (PAD) Overlay District on 18.43 ± acres, to allow flexible standards in the residential portion of a mixed use development, situated in Section 18, T03S, R07E, a portion of tax parcel 210-18-2260 (legal on file), located on west of Hunt Highway and south of north Stone Creek Dr. in the San Tan Valley area. The Planning Commission recommended approval unanimously (8-0) of case PZ-PD-013-23 with fifteen (15) stipulations. Supervisor Districts #2 and #4. (Glenn Bak/Brent Billingsley)
