Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 2023-SUP-005-23, a Resolution approving case SUP-005-23, Craig Christiansen, owner/applicant, and Earl & Curley, P.C./Taylor Earl, agent, requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a recreation field, on a 9.064± acre parcel in the GR (General Rural) Zone, situated in a portion of Section 33, Township 04 South, Range 02 East, Pinal County, Arizona, Tax Parcel 510110260 (legal on file), located about 1/4 mile northwest of Farrell Road and North Stonebluff Road about 2.75 miles south of Maricopa SR 238 Highway, in unincorporated area of Pinal County. Recommended for approval with 25 stipulations, with the updates to Stipulations 15 and 16 as presented.
Stipulation 15: Applicant/owner shall utilize decomposed granite or other dust-control measure(s) for the 24’ ingress-egress, camping sites, and parking, as approved by the County Engineer. Where possible, to preserve a rural and natural appearance, paving should be avoided.
Stipulation 16: Stabilization of commercial parking, drives and yards shall be conducted pursuant to Pinal County Air Quality Code of Regulations Chapter 4, Article 4, as applicable. Residential parking and drives shall be stabilized pursuant to PCAQ Code of Regulations Chapter 4, Article 5, as applicable;<app-conversation-playback style="width: 100%;"></app-conversation-playback>
