BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to authorize Pinal County Attorney to take all necessary action to enforce the Civil Hearing Office finding of violations against Amy and Oscar Reyes, up to and including filing a complaint in Superior Court, utilizing appropriate resources to remedy the violations, and file liens for the cost of recovery. The property owners were found in violation of the Pinal County Building Code Ordinance of Unsafe Structure, Unsafe Equipment and Unlawful Structure for maintaining the presence of a garage attached to the permitted single-family residence, which was illegally converted into a living space without a permit. In addition to building and demolishing a second story on top of the attached garage and conducting electrical work on the structure without a permit. The property is located at 6629 S.
