| Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement No. DI21-002287, Amendment 3 under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) between the Arizona Department of Economic Security and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning July 1, 2023, or date of last signature, ending June 30, 2024, unless otherwise amended, for $4,658. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Sections 127(c) and 132(c) require the U.S. Secretary of Labor to conduct re-allotment of excess unobligated WIOA Adult, Youth, and Dislocated Worker formula funds based on financial reports submitted at the end of the prior program year. This amendment, to be used by the Economic and Workforce Development Department, will provide additional Program Year 2022 Dislocated Worker Program funding authorized under the WIOA for the ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County workforce system.
