BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Public Roadway Construction and Participation Development Agreement between Pinal County and the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (GA22-077), this agreement supersedes and replaces the Public Roadway Construction and Participation Development Agreement between Pinal County, the City of Coolidge, and the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (GA22-034) approved on December 21, 2022. GA22-034 is rescinded and shall be of no further force or effect. Supervisor District #3. (GA22-077) (Celeste Garza/Andrew Smith)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
The roadway paving improvements planned for the project are completely funded by Salt River Project.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPECTED PERFORMANCE IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
The roadway infrastructure within the Randolph Community in this location is already in the Highway Maintenance System and will remain after the project is complete.
For Records Management of the Clerk of the Board's Office, the previous Development Agreement was never fully executed therefore, never Recorded pursuant to A.R.S. Statute.
