BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
The Combs Road Widening Project between Kenworthy Road and Schnepf Road is an impact fee funded improvement, Wales Ranch Phase II is an adjacent developer in which we will completing their required half-street improvements for them with the capital project. The balance of the funding for the project is coming from Impact Fees and the Highway User Revenue Fund.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPECTED PERFORMANCE IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
Combs Road in this location is already in the Highway Maintenance System and will remain after the project is complete.
