BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the Elections Department to terminate early Contract (Order # SO-06453) entered into September 15, 2022, with FleetUp for 165 FleetUp devices and twelve months service and support so as to resolve any outstanding claims/invoices and return equipment to vendor pursuant to the Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release of Claims. The Elections Department has determined the monthly maintenance and ongoing costs for the devices and the usefulness or benefit to the department operations and needs do not warrant their continued use.
