BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Award Agreement No. DC-24-009 under the FY 2024 Drug, Gang, and Violent Crime Control Program between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024, for $135,594.34. This grant will be used by the Sheriff’s Office for salary, EREs, overtime, and training. The grant will be budgeted in the FY 23/24 budget adoption. (Mark Lamb)
