BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 062123-AKCHIN-RFRD, a Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application for the Ak Chin Indian Community Shared Revenue Program and for Pinal County to serve as the fiscal agent. The applicant, Regional Fire & Rescue Department, Inc., is requesting $134,500 for firefighting and rescue equipment. Supervisor Districts #1, #3, and #4. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
There is no fiscal impact to Pinal County. Proposition 202, requires non-profits apply through a unit of local government. Pinal County will serve as the fiscal agent and pass through entity.
