BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a modification to the Award Agreement for the Probation Success Incentive Program between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. The modification adds $49,499 for a total of $154,883. This grant will be used by the Adult Probation Office to implement and expand evidenced-based practices for risk needs and assessments for individual programming through vendors. Approval aligns the current budget amount to the award amount and requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 266 (AP-Probation Success Incentive) to increase revenues and expenditures.
