BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a budget amendment for the previously approved Court Improvement Program grant by the Board of Supervisors on September 28, 2022. The amendment aligns the FY 22/23 budget to the grant award amount of $58,545. Approval transfers appropriation from Fund 149 (Juve Prob/Court Improvement Pro) to Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to align revenues and expenditures. There is no impact on the General Fund.
