BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a modification to the Award Agreement for the Community Punishment Program between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. The modification brings the grant award to $100,000, an increase of $28,500. The Adult Probation Office will use these funds to pay for vendors that provide treatment services that support the Community Punishment Program. Approval requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 54 (Adult Probation/State Enhancement) to increase revenue/expenditures.
