BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:

Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the amendment to the Intensive Probation Program (IPS) grant that was previously approved on October 12, 2022. The amendment increases the amount to $669,030. Approval also includes a budget amendment to align the FY 22/23 budget to the grant amount and transfers appropriation from Fund 52 (Adult Probation/Intensive Probation Serv) to Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency). There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)
