| Discussion/approval/disapproval of a modification to the Award Agreement for the Transferred Youth program between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. The modification brings the grant award to $1,487. The Adult Probation Office will use these funds to pay for juvenile probationers transferred to Adult Probation. The approval also aligns the current budget amount to the award amount and requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer appropriation from Fund 54 (Adult Probation/State Enhancement) to Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency).
