| Discussion/approval/disapproval of a modification to the Award Agreement for State Aid Enhancement program between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. The modification adds $245,976 for a total grant amount of $3,193,632. The Adult Probation Office will use this grant to cover additional support to pay for wages and EREs. The approval also aligns the current budget amount to the award amount and requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer appropriation from Fund 53 (Adult Probation/State Enhancement) to Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency).
