BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 062123-AKCHIN-GSHM, a Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application for the Ak Chin Indian Community Shared Revenue Program and for Pinal County to serve as the fiscal agent. The applicant, Good Shepherd Healing Ministries Horse Rescue, is requesting $7,000 for an education and mental health program that includes volunteerism. Supervisor District #5. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
There is no fiscal impact to Pinal County. Proposition 202, requires non-profits apply through a unit of local government. Pinal County will serve as the fiscal agent and pass through entity.
