BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Pinal County Animal Care and Control (PCACC) and the Tohono O'odham Nation ("Nation") for Animal Control Services. This contract will be good for three years, with an automatic renewal for two additional one-year terms (second and third terms). This agreement will be at no cost to the County.
