BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION: |
Discussion/approval/disapproval of First Amendment Lease between Pinal County (Lessor) and State of Arizona acting by and through its Department of Transportation/Administrative Services Division (Lessee), monthly base rental increase to $3,037.80 with a yearly increase based on the CPI index, effective December 1, 2022 for property located at 575 N. Idaho Road, Suite 600, Apache Junction, AZ 85119. The acceptance also requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 10 (GF - Public Works) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. The appropriation is a pro-rated amount of $21,265 for the current fiscal year. The remaining amount will be budgeted in FY 23/24. This item requires unanimous consent of the Board.
