Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the State of Arizona and Pinal County for State Highway funds associated with House Bill 2858 appropriating funding for the right of way acquisition to extend the State Route 24 in the amount of $15,000,000 issued to Pinal County. The State Route 24's design is already underway with the use of Highway User Revenue Funding, this agenda item will now allow for another stage of design development funding the land acquisition portion.
