BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of an amendment to the Agreement for the construction and transfer of ownership of fire hydrants between Arizona Water Company and Pinal County, through the Board of Supervisors. Pinal County used FFY2020-2021 Community Development Block Grants funds to install fire hydrants and waterlines in the Hopi Hills community. On May 26, 2021, the Board of Supervisors approved an agreement which included a bill of sale for infrastructure based on the original design. Upon completion of construction, the quantities changed. Therefore, a revised bill of sale is being requested. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)
