BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a subrecipient agreement between the City of Maricopa and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning December 22, 2022, ending June 30, 2023, for $222,826. The City of Maricopa has executed a joint agreement with Pinal County for the federal fiscal years of 2022-2024. As such, Pinal County will provide Community Development Block Grant funds to execute eligible activities in accordance with the Pinal County FFY2019-2023 Consolidated Plan. The City of Maricopa will complete roadway and other infrastructure improvements in the Heritage District as approved by the Board of Supervisors in the FFY22 Annual Action Plan.
