BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the Award between the Arizona Department of Veteran's Services and the Pinal County Adult probation through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for the Veteran Treatment Court Program. This program is used for transportation, temporary lodging costs and incentives. This request aligns the current budget to the award amount and requires a fiscal amendment to the FY22/23 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213(Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 221 (AP-Veterans Treatment Court) Cost center 2620175 Grant #2022-768 to increase revenues and expenditures. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)

These funds will be utilized for the transportation and temporary lodging costs and incentives for Veterans of Pinal County who are on probation within Adult Probation.
