BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the Award between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and the Pinal County Adult Probation through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for the Probation Success Incentive Program. The program is used to improve supervision and rehabilitative services for probationers. The addendum requires a fiscal amendment to the FY22/23 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 266 Cost Center 2620350 Grant #2022-608 (AP-Probation Success Incentive) to increase revenues and expenditures. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)

These funds will be utilized to improve supervision and rehabilitative services for probationers.

These funds will expand evidence-based practices for risk needs and assessment for individualized programming as well as rewarding probation officers in the adult probation department.
