BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for the Award between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and the Pinal County Adult Probation through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for the AmeriCorp Program. The grant will support the personnel assigned to the AmeriCorp state grant contract Number ISA-AC-AOC-090122-01 with a member living allowance and travel expenditures. This request aligns the current budget to the award amount and requires a fiscal amendment to the FY22/23 budget to transfer appropriation from Fund 221 (AP-AmeriCorp Grant) cost center 2620170 Grant #2022-779 to Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to decrease revenues and expenditures. These funds will supply $2900 for each of the 3 positions working 300 hours and payment of $4.83/hr as a member livingin allowance as well as travel expenditures
