BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for Justice Precinct 3 to transfer a vacant position to Superior Court Administration to help staff the Initial Appearance Court and support limited jurisdiction courts throughout Pinal County. The Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 22/23 budget to transfer personnel appropriation only from Fund 10 (JP3-Operating Expenses) to Fund 10 (SC-Court Administration) to increase personnel expenditure appropriations by $50,381.
