BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to authorize the Pinal County Attorney's Office to take all lawful and necessary action to enforce the orders of the Pinal County Building Official that an unpermitted structure on the subject property be vacated, and not occupied until the process for permitting has been followed and the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy is obtained, and to enforce all violations of the International and Property Maintenance Code, as adopted by Pinal County, and Titles 2 (zoning) and 6 (building code) of the Pinal County Development Services Code ("PCDSC"), up to and including filing a complaint and other pleadings in Superior Court, utilizing appropriate resources to remedy the violations, and file liens for the cost of recovery.
