BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 120722-ED, a resolution of the Board of Supervisors cancelling the called election for Electrical District Number 2 Governing Board Members, currently scheduled for January 14, 2023, and appointing the candidates who filed proper nomination papers to those open seats. Any open seats for which no nomination papers were received, will remain vacant subject to the appointment authority of its governing body. (Geraldine Roll/Himanshu Patel)
