Discussion/approval/disapproval of the recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for the Special Event License application of Sheila Shattuck for East Valley Back Country Horseman for an event to be held at the Superstition Mountain Museum, located at 4087 E. Apache Trail, Apache Junction, Arizona 85119 on:
- Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Sunday, January 8, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Additionally, authorizing the Clerk of the Board to execute and submit all necessary documents to the State. Supervisor District #5. (Natasha Kennedy)
