| BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION: |
| Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement DI21-002310, Amendment 2 between Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors extending the agreement period from December 31, 2022, to June 30, 2023. AZDES has provided program services for the Emergency Rental Assistance program funded through the American Rescue Plan Act. This additional time will allow AZDES to expend all remaining administrative funds and submit closeout documents to Pinal County. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods) |
