BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a subrecipient agreement between A New Leaf and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning November 2, 2022, ending August 31, 2024, for $393,407. In response to a Letter of Interest, A New Leaf seeks to provide tenant based rental assistance and supportive services which may include rental payments, deposits, and case management services for qualified populations in accordance with the Board approved HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. Pinal County will use a portion of their FFY21 HOME-ARP allocation for this project as approved by the Board of Supervisors in the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)

The funding is included in the current budget and area appropriated to this program under the funding agreement approval process.

Provide housing for a minimum of 15 households for up to 24 months.
