BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a retroactive submission and Award Agreement E3M1J01C under the Airport Development Reimbursable Grant program between the Arizona Department of Transportation and Pinal County Public Works, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning October 14, 2022, ending October 14, 2026, for $298,804. This grant will be used by the Pinal Airpark to fulfill the match requirement under Award Agreement 3-04-0055-006-2022 with the Federal Aviation Authority to reconstruct Runway 12-30 shoulders and wind cone relocation. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
This grant will fulfill the match requirement for the FAA award and relieve the airport's budget. Award Agreement 3-04-0055-006-2022 is a total award of $6,087,045.48. The project total is expected to be $6,387,355.
