Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 2022-PZ-PA-009-22, a Resolution approving case PZ-PA-009-22, a Major Comprehensive Plan Amendment proposal requested Pinal County, requesting approval of a Major Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2019 Pinal County Comprehensive Plan to allow for the creation of a “Special District” land use classification for Arizona State Trust lands and to apply accompanying updates to the Plan’s minor comprehensive plan amendment regulations. The Planning Commission recommended approval (5-3) of case PZ-PA-009-22.  (Larry Harmer/Brent Billingsley)
